Wow...I haven't been posting to my blog for months and it is because of several things. I got behind and then didn't know how to take time to fill in, mostly!
From the end of November through now I have enjoyed preparing for my son Steffen to come home from his mission on December 18th, helping with my sister in laws wedding, enjoying Thanksgiving and many get togethers in December and having children and grandchildren visiting our home. It's been a full couple of months.
So, now the New Year is here. Today Hans went back to school, John is working at the stores to support us, bless his heart, and Steffen and Mette left for BYU Idaho Saturday morning. We said good-bye to Christian and Emily and their family Saturday morning, also, as they had come down from San Francisco and stayed for 2 weeks. We have had a lot going on around here and now it is quiet in our house. I won't like it for very long, but for today, it is nice :-)
Yesterday, to end it all, I went to Disneyland and California Adventure with some of the family again to use our Annual Passes for the last time from 2009. It was sad to think the passes are expired now, but many trips and memories were made all throughout last year.
Here's just a few pictures for now and then I better get busy taking down Christmas decorations and cleaning the house!
